Account & Registration

Registering is quick and straightforward. Head to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and fill in the basic details. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once done, you can log in immediately and start exploring sports betting, live casino, and slots.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the steps. You will receive a verification code on the mobile number linked to your account. Enter that code, set a new password, and you are back in. If your registered number is no longer active, contact our support team directly for manual account verification.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support right away to get it resolved without penalty.

Log into your account and go to the Profile section in your dashboard. Most details can be updated there directly. For changes to your registered mobile number, you will need to go through a short verification process to confirm your identity before the update is applied — this is to keep your account secure.

Yes. 777xs is accessible to players throughout Pakistan — whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or anywhere else. The platform and app work on any stable mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. Please ensure you are of legal adult age (18+) before registering.
Deposits & Withdrawals

777xs supports the most widely used Pakistani payment options:
  • JazzCash (mobile wallet & account)
  • Easypaisa (mobile wallet & account)
  • Raast (instant bank-to-bank transfer)
  • Bank Transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Other mobile wallets
All deposits are processed in PKR with no hidden conversion fees.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers can take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time, but are typically reflected within 15–30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after an hour, please contact support with the transaction reference number so we can look into it.

Log into your account, navigate to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard, choose your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. VIP members on higher tiers enjoy priority processing, which can be even faster.

Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method. Generally, the minimum deposit starts at a small PKR amount to keep things accessible for all players. Withdrawal limits also depend on your account tier — VIP members benefit from higher daily withdrawal caps. Check your account dashboard for the exact figures applicable to your current tier and selected payment method.

Occasionally, withdrawals may be delayed during peak hours or if additional verification is required. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 12 hours, please reach out to our 24/7 support team. Have your withdrawal reference number ready to speed up the process. Bank holiday periods in Pakistan can also cause minor delays with bank transfer methods.
Bonuses & Promotions

New players who register and make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The offer is applied automatically when the qualifying deposit is made. Full details of the current welcome offer, including the minimum deposit amount and any applicable wagering requirements, are listed on the Promotions page.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet through the bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if a bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you received PKR 500 in bonus funds, you would need to place bets totalling PKR 5,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable balance. Always check the specific terms attached to each offer on the Promotions page.

Absolutely. 777xs regularly runs reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slots, and special promotions tied to major cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. Some offers are time-limited, so logging in regularly means you do not miss out. VIP members also receive exclusive deals not available to standard accounts. Visit the Promotions page for the latest listings.

There are a few common reasons a bonus may not appear: the deposit did not meet the minimum qualifying amount, the offer had already expired, or it requires manual opt-in first. Check the specific promotion terms on the Promotions page. If everything looks correct and the bonus is still missing after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction details.
Sports Betting & Cricket

777xs covers a wide range of cricket events including:
  • Pakistan Super League (PSL) — all matches, pre-match and live
  • T20 Internationals featuring Pakistan
  • ICC tournaments (World Cup, Champions Trophy, Asia Cup)
  • Test matches and ODI series
  • Domestic cricket competitions
Head to the Sports page to see all currently available markets and odds.

Yes. 777xs offers live in-play betting on cricket matches, including ball-by-ball markets for big events. Odds update in real time based on what is happening in the match. You can bet on outcomes like the result of the next over, current run rate, wicket markets, and much more. A stable internet connection — 4G or Wi-Fi — is recommended for the best in-play experience.

Yes. Beyond cricket, the Sports section includes Football — covering major international leagues, the FIFA calendar, and AFC fixtures — as well as a growing Esports section covering titles like CS2, Dota 2, and Valorant. These are popular among younger Pakistani players and the markets are updated regularly. Visit Sports to see all available options.

In the event of a match abandonment, no result, or postponement, your bet stake is typically returned to your account balance. The specific rules depend on the market type and how much of the match was completed. For cricket, if the required minimum number of overs has been bowled and a Duckworth–Lewis result is declared, bets may still stand. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
App & Technical Support

The 777xs app is available as a direct APK download for Android — no Play Store required. Visit the Download page and follow the installation instructions. You may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings, which is a standard one-time step. The app gives you the full platform experience optimised for your mobile screen.

First, check your internet connection and try refreshing or restarting the app. If you are using a browser, clearing your cache and cookies often resolves display issues. If the problem persists, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi. For persistent access issues, our support team is available 24/7 and can advise on any platform maintenance or regional access tips.

The app and the mobile website share the same account, same balance, and the same features. The app is generally faster to load, supports push notifications for live betting alerts and promotional updates, and provides a more streamlined navigation experience. Both are fully functional — the app just tends to feel more polished on smaller screens.
Responsible Gaming

Yes. 777xs encourages all players to manage their gaming budget responsibly. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is applied, you will not be able to deposit beyond that threshold during the set period. These tools are available to all players and can be adjusted or reviewed at any time. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

If you ever feel that gaming is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, please take a break. Use the self-exclusion or cool-off tools in your account settings to pause your access for a set period. Talk to someone you trust, and remember that gaming should always be for entertainment — never as a way to earn money or recover losses. You are always in control. More tools and guidance are on our Responsible Gaming page.

No. 777xs is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Players are required to confirm they meet this age requirement when registering. Underage gaming is taken seriously and accounts found to be held by minors will be closed immediately, with any funds returned appropriately. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned about access to gaming platforms, we recommend using parental control software on shared devices.

Keeping your 777xs account safe is straightforward. Use a password that is unique to this platform — do not reuse passwords from other apps or websites. Players who are active on the platform automatically progress through 777xs VIP tiers. Check the VIP page to see where you currently stand and what is needed to reach the next level.

Keeping Track of Your Activity

Your account dashboard shows a full history of your bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus activity.
